How to Help: Collection Boxes

As a newly established charity, we are getting many requests for collection boxes. We already have a few in shops, pubs and on work tea trolleys and even a chip van. So why not have one in your home and one in your work place or local pub?

We will require you to fill out the following form before sending one to you.

I accept responsibility for my The Mullany Fund charity collection box.

I undertake to use the collection box solely for the benefit of The Mullany Fund.

I will return said box to the charity when the activity is complete, or when requested to do so by The Mullany Fund.

I agree to abide by the statutory Laws regarding the Collection of Monies for their charitable purposes.
