Well done Mike & Terry (and Cheryl at mission control). Thoroughly enjoyed when Brian Jones & I accompanied you on the 3rd day of the walk. If we did not have other commitements we would have done more with you. The Great Wall of China sounds appealing !

Can i just say well done to Mike and Terry for completing, in my eyes an incredible feat of the walk to Prestatyn on the Offa’s Dyke Trail and the bike ride from Prestatin to Morriston hospital in Swansea, also the other gentleman, who cycled in to Morriston hospital with them, ( sorry didnt catch your name ) but a very well done.

It was a pleasure to be there when they all got off there bikes and were safe and well, maybe in pain, but safe and well.

I hope you all toast yourselves this evening in a suitable way, and hope you have a very very well earned rest,

Congratulations to you both again, a wonderful achievement, and its my privalage to know Mike and Terry as freinds,

Well done Boys on walking Offa’s Dyke I knew you could both do it. The cycle ride should not be to bad now. Hope your leg is ok Mike and can I now have my husband back please. Cant wait to see you both on Friday safe and sound. Love Jackie xx

I run the Carreg-y-big Farm B&B on Offa’s Dyke near Oswestry and Selattyn. I was contacted by Michael and Terry yesterday requesting B&B for that evening and when chatting that afternoon, was astonished with their achievement to date along Offa’s Dyke. I think it’s an incredible cause and I was only too pleased to make a donation. It was a great pleasure to have met you both; I hope the horse bandage is helping the shin splints Michael.

I know these idiots, and the 1 with the glasses inspired me to greater things,,,,,,,its not a pleasure knowing mike and terry,,,,,but u have done the little up and down trail,,,,,,,,,,,,but bum to u to,,, i have done the 5 mountains,,, so sod u both ha ha ,,,,,,but bugger,,,,,that doesent compare to what your completing, only words can say what i feel mike,,u are my inspiration and hopefully u can make terry believe it,,,,,thank u for the mountains, and just get there for ben and

We run a bed and breakfast place at Kington, on the Offa’s Dyke path. These two chaps showed up at our house at about 6.00pm yesterday, and proved to be an interesting and delightful pair. We’ve had thousands of walkers to stay here over the last 18 years or so, but only one other has ever reached us from Pandy (about 33 miles) in one day, and he was a young soldier who got here at about 10pm. These guys have just knocked his record for six!
